Philly King Xpress Llc - Mooresville

I am trying hard to keep supporting this establishment. I really don't get why the employees get upset and have a stank attitude. The ones that work in the kitchen. First, I only asked the front counter lady to make sure my order was correct. The reason behind my unsettling of this establishment is because the young lady that works in the kitchen with the blonde hair ALWAYS MESS MY ORDER UP! SHE DON'T READ OR CANNOT READ OR just decides she will fix your food, how she wants to. She has no knowledge that some people have food allergies nor does she care. So the cook made sure I heard him tell the young lady that works the register that my philly will have no sauce. He made sure he was loud enough for me to hear alone with another customer waiting. I spent over 40.00 buying lunch for my coworkers and I. Then the young lady who cook the wings that always messes up my order comes from the back just to pretend she checking something on the register to give me a side eye look because I wanted my order correct due to her incompetence. That's the reason I check my food and make sure it's correct. Some will say why keep going back? First, it's black own and black businesses already get a bad reap. Secondly, it never happens if TASHA IS WORKING! BECAUSE SHE IS AN ADULT GROWN WOMEN. UNLIKE THE YOUNG KIDS WORKING LUNCH! If they not kids they need to start acting like adults.

Visited the store last night. The food was ok..I do not think it lived up to the ratings. We ordered two loaded cheesesteak sandwiches and an order of chicken wings. The menu said the sandwiches were $11.99 each. They billed us an extra $4.00 for ordering the loaded sandwiches. I noticed it after we had paid. When questioned later, the girl at the counter stated that the menus were old and had not been updated. She never mentioned this when we placed our order. Kinda like a bait and switch..is this even legal to do? Never will I return there. I will be calling the manager later to complain about this practice.Update the menus to reflect the price change!Update: I spoke with the owner David and he was very professional. He acknowledged what was done wrong and will correct the mistakes. Thank you.

I want to say the Philly chicken and steak is amazing! The wings are amazing expecially the hot honey! My husband and I are really pleased with the food quality! You barly see that anymore! And the Philly steak egg rolls! Y’all hitting something serious with that!Keep it up y’all!

Tried for the 1st time last night. Definitely not a fan. Expensive for the potion size. Jersey Mike has a far superior cheese steak for a much better value. They fry the fries in the same oil as everything else and they taste like everything else. Place was clean, cashier was friendly.Food: 2/5

Dying business, it's too bad as the food is actually really good. Face mask required signs on the door, wasn't going to try until I notice the workers were not wearing masks. I think this is killing your business, employee said the owner refused to remove the signs. Really too bad. Love the food, hope they last. Down to only being open 2 days a week. No way they can cover their operating expenses. LOSE THE MASK SIGNS.
