Mod Pizza - Mooresville

I love little places like this. If I'm being honest, I'm from the New Haven area so pizza doen here isn't the best but being able to create you own flavors and pies makes it better. Olive oil, mozz, feta, chicken, black olive and then once its cooked top with pesto. Trust me you will thank me

Mod is the best pizza. Period. You can get every single topping at no additional charge. There is a actual brick oven. They make it almost like a sub shop with all the options in front of you, the dough is always fresh, and it tastes incredible. Prices can be high for some things (looking at you salad) but if you get the pizza you will be thrilled.Vegetarian options: Tons and tons of veggies and BEYOND MEATS

I am in love with this cauliflower pizza crust. I had the meat lovers, and added onions and mushrooms. The absolute best pizza ever!!! Customer service was Super!

Good and bad…Mod corporate is running the business into the ground and jeopardizing the local business. We waited 2 hours for a delivery this evening. Called multiple times to the Mod call center and was told the order would “be there soon”. Never arrived. Called again and were told we could either have a refund OR have a new pizza made…at full charge…to be delivered in another hour. Asked for a supervisor and we were told no one was there any higher than the call center rep. I want to be clear, this is a Mod corporate issue, NOT a local issue. We decided to call the store for a refund. Let me just say that the Mooresville store manager, Danielle, needs to be a part of the Mod corporate management, yesterday. She gets it. In less than 90 seconds she credited our order and offered two replacement pizzas at any future time of our choosing. She was an absolute rock star! Someone needs to promote this young lady…and quick!Zero stars for Mod corporate and 8 stars (if I could) for Mod pizza in Mooresville.
