Contribuiți la feedbackJust wonderful yet again! After explaining my food intolerances, our beautiful host was only happy to oblige and ensure my preferences were relayed to the chef straight away. It was also the apprentice chef on that night that picked up on an entree issue and double checked before serving. I was extremely impressed at his initiative and for the fantastic communication. The meals were SUPERB! And due to being post-op, I couldn't eat the generous serving of my main that they also offered me the option to take home. I was regularly attended to by the host, to ensure I was happy with the meals and service. Da Gianni's has absolutely won me over and I'll be returning to regularly. A fantastic little gem in Moonta!
Be Warned ...Sorry but we had a bad experience, we waited over two hours for the bread rolls to arrive and that was after we approached management. Because of the delay Chef said they are complementary.. But we still got charged, others in our group had charging irregularities which were brought to the attention of staff at the time. We were just advised to PAY with NO discussion... I sent a letter detailing our concerns, to the business and they haven't had the professional courtesy of responding.. very disappointing...
We had a fantastic evening. Gianni made us feel like we were his guests rather than customers, and the food was delicious, particularly the seafood platter for two, which is best savored slowly, with good wine and fabulous conversation! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.
Another faultless meal once again. Oysters were so fresh, they smelt like the Ocean. Mussels hot pot was absolutely delish, and partners T Bone was Huge as usual and cooked to perfection. Incredible serving sizes, delicious bread to mop up all the juices. You never disappoint Gianni.
So sad but we had a very poor experience after all of the great recommendations from friends.. I have PM'd Da Gianni's listing specific details and issues of concern (giving them the right of private reply before social media response)... I do hope they lift their communication from chef to front of house, and service delivery a little quicker ... regards steve a
