The restaurant is run by very beautiful women. Our vindaloo was delicious and spicy just as we wanted, and the Punjabi salad and naan were excellent. They had a wide variety of beers including Peroni and Kingfisher which we asked other patrons about before entering and they confirmed it was good. Overall, we were very satisfied with the food and service. The women running the place were especially lovely.
My party of 3 had a reservation for Saturday night. We arrived on time and were surprised to find the restaurant nearly empty. Our food arrived promptly, but after tasting it, we realized it was the worst Indian food we had ever eaten in an Indian restaurant. It seemed as though the dishes were just thrown together and reheated without care. The spices were undercooked and still raw, making the dishes inedible. The rotis and naan were also of poor quality. We decided to leave the restaurant without finishing our meal. In conclusion, this restaurant is awful and should be avoided at all costs.
Had dinner and I had a spinat bark curry and my wife had a marsala bark curry. meat was tender and no fat or gristle obviously. the dame that offered to add some rita if the curry was too hot for my wife....Good for money at around $21 plus $1 for steamed rice (should have a steamed rice between us 2). the rest in a plastic container has brought to the house.
We ordered takeaway on our first night in Mooloolaba. The online ordering process was challenging, but worth persisting. All the food was fantastic, but I particularly liked the prawn pakora just awesome. Do I g in tomorrow night.
