Hanami japanese resturant - MOOLOOLABA

Sushi isn't just sushi, there are many ways to mess it up. Although this place isn't in my top 3, it's still a fantastic option for satisfying a sushi craving after a day at the beach or skate park. The kids love it, and that makes us happy. Bringing your own alcohol is a great option for dinner as it's affordable. I would give this restaurant a well-deserved rating of 3.5 out of 5 stars.

While waiting for food and enjoying the day, I needed to use the men's room and while washing my hands the male staff member from Hanami finished releaving himself then promptly left the men's room- And yes- you guessed it-NO WASHING OF HANDS. I left straight after sat down and he was busy working away.Obviously we no longer desired our food. Apart from that he was very polite??????

The sushi at this restaurant is amazing! The service was excellent, with a very polite waiter and quick service. Currently, it is bring your own (BYO) so we couldn't purchase a drink, but we were very pleased with the quality and portion size of the meal. Definitely worth it and reasonably priced.

The food was delicious, there was no wait, and the service was excellent. I definitely plan on returning. Just a heads up - this restaurant is BYO, so make sure to bring your own wine if you were hoping to purchase a glass here.

First time I have seen this restaurant in Mooloolaba. Not many Japanese options on the coast. Having just returned from Japan we were eager to try the food here. Authentic food with service that was great. I asked for a few entrees to be brought out with the other main and it all worked well.
