Gelatissimo - MOOLOOLABA

Very tasty gelato but let down by the difference in quantity served on the two occasions we visited. The first time the young lady serving us at night gave us a generous double scoop in a cup. The second time during the day a bearded guy served us between half 2/3 of what we received originally. My wife I thought we were served a “scabby” amount given the price. I told the guy about the significant quantity difference he said we must have been “over scooped” originally. I told him that perhaps he “under scooped” us. So much for the customer always being right. Regardless, having an inconsistent experience can often be the death of a business, especially when there is plenty of competition nearby. The best sweet treat destination on the Coast, or anywhere else for that matter! Friendly staff who greet you with smiles, and the most delicious, generous serves of ice cream. Always the perfect end to any beach day or night out!

The staff were rude, refused tasters, impatient, very small scoops, told us to move on after sitting there too long, talking to each other while costumers were waiting and just overall bad service. Never going here again, Maroochydore is much better in every way!

Great Gelato, possibly the best on the Sunshine Coast, but our server Lenny absolutely topped the experience. He was extremely friendly and polite, and even offered us samples of the flavours we were considering. 10/10 would recommend
