Taco Bell - MONUMENT

This is the 3rd time I have gone to this location and ordered vegetarian options only to get home and it’s all packed with beef. They are going to make someone sick.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell location in the whole state of Colorado! Ordered from the kiosk inside, our order was messed up My husband ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito and a burrito supreme and I ordered a chipotle ranch chicken burrito and a cheesy bean and rice burrito, which we never got. Instead we got a beefy melt burrito, 2 bean burritos and a beefy 5 layer, which we’d never ordered. My husband was upset about it. I asked him to take the order back and get what we ordered. He refused, saying that the kids making the food and taking orders most likely would not get it right a second time, so why bother. We ate the food we got anyway, which was both bland and cold. We will never return to this location again!

I ordered a grilled cheese burrito, but was given a chicken burrito and then the stupid lady argued with me that what she gave me was a grilled cheese burrito. No cheese on top and refused to remake it. Don't waste your time or money on this place

They advertise that they are open until 1:00am on Fridays. Went at 25 till 1:00 and could see a couple of people inside, but they wouldn’t answer on the drive through speaker. There were a couple of cars in line and the menu board was lit up. We called and they answered and said that they closed due to being short staffed? Not sure you would need more than 2 people to work the late night shift. Anyway, frustrating when they advertise being open until 1:00.

Not a bad taco bell, but they have me 5 sauce packets with and order of 12 tacos....
