Secrets on the lake at Montville

Spoiled is this beautiful little gem that I highly recommend you to look for an alternative culinary experience. the food is delicious and they have a magnificent view over the baroon lake. it is a rustic small place and the staff very friendly and helpful...and our meals were great. it was certainly not disappointed and we would return.

The dining experience at this restaurant was incredible, with a breathtaking view of Baroon Lake. We visited for lunch on a Wednesday and it wasn't too crowded, so we were able to get a large table on the deck. We ordered the house-made dips for an appetizer, followed by the fish of the day with gnocchi and roasted sweet penang curry for our main courses. The dishes were absolutely delicious and probably the best I've ever had! The only downside was that the customer service was a bit slow, so I hope they can improve that for next time.

I want to share my experience in the restaurant at the secrets at the lake. When we arrived, I asked politely if we could have a table with a beautiful view, as it was the first time at this place. the dame with a...blonde hair I think named vanessa who was on the theke, responded to a very rude wise not even to finish me what I said. we ordered a bottle of wine and first they didn't even let us taste, second they poured it out to fill the whole glasses to the end. we asked about the court and they told us we should watch the menu! when we paid them (vanessa again) asked us how the lunch was and we said that the food was good, but the costumer service was not so much. vanessa hasn't even apologised and I really find her unprofessional. I honestly do not recommend it when they treat customers so bad because the place and the kitchen are amazing!

My partner and I make an annual Montville trip and random, came over this jewel. absolutely enthusiastic. the breakfast was best that we both had in the old, service exceptional (all happy and welcoming employees) and devine location. many thanks once again, every morning will come when. we will drive on our celebrated from the coast.

What a perfect spot. We dined on the deck with spectacular views. We felt secluded where we were placed. The food was amazing and very fairly priced. courses for The choices were exceptional and every member of the group enjoyed their meals immensely....(all...complaining that we ate too much). We also tried some cocktails and mulled wine...delicious. Thank you so much Secrets for incredible service and tantalising meals. We all said that we would be back.
