This place is absolutely HORRIBLE and I wouldn't give it any stars to be honest regarding the level of service, the evening and nighttime employees are hateful and mean and need to be not in this type of industry, we were visiting from NY with 2 terminally ill family members and we love dunkin so we literally got a place that was close to dunkin. Never have an issue until today 7/7/23 at this venue with a lady with long hair hippie type (no name tag) and an African American (no name tag) were so rude and a noxious especially in front of kids all because I asked for 80% concentrate in our refresher and was given a horrible taste in my mouth, I asked for a manager and supervisor and was refused the information and also denied service, treated so badly and they claim they have surveillance but it doesn't seem like these employees care much about other people or their customers. So anyway my partner goes into personally get the order its not me problem solved, they shut down the store the lady claimed she had been abused over the computer, the guy was rude and belligerent, they refused him an order and she claimed there was a line of customers thats why she kept telling me to be quiet and so nasty honestly im disgusted and reporting this establishment to everyone I can think of not to mention know Paul Brown the CEO of the new owner of dunkin, i didn't deserve the level of disrespect I received and I went into the store to get the managers name and I Video tapes everything because we should not be treated like this by people who choose these jobs, neither of these employees or the night time employee deserve to work where you have to take care of people they despise their jobs and really bad at following directions making good food because other people who are staying with us also are complaining so its not just me and again I asked for an order I make 3x a day sometimes in multiple states she just didn't wanna do her job and then the overnight lady was also very rude I called to ask what time and days can I speak to a manager and sh was just disrespectful but told me 6am said a manager doesn't work nights. Also they took food on camera literally closed down and took food, great role models because the fine print says the employees CANNOT take food hmmm sound a lot like this place does not care and are very bad to their customers, ill update this review when I speak to a manager, I am reporting and filing a complaint since I received very unsafe service and I won't stop until they change the system
Have been to many dunking donuts before but this one is just wow !! One employee working most the time, slow service, lord forbid you want a cup of ice, the employees won't give it to you at all, they are so scared of management they run away if you ask cause they say they'll get fired, coffee isn't done right, either to sweet or not sweet at all, employee during my visit was rude, unprofessional, unpleasant and didn't even want to be working so she didn't even acknowledge me for at least 5 minutes, WOULD AVOID THIS DIBKIN AT ALL COST !! YOUVE BEEN WARNEDParking: 5 parking spots, gas station attached have people parked there as well so take your chances.
Horrible service! The management needs to retrain certain staff as their rudeness gives one a reason to not come back,I like the morning staff,but it's the third time the evening staff it's excessively rude and nasty,I'm a paying customer not their friend asking for free coffee!
My wife and I usually visit this restaurant 3-4 times a week and spend between $18 and $28 each time. Today, instead of coffee, I was very thirsty and asked for a cup of water with my sandwiches. Any other place would provide a cup of water for free, even a 5-star restaurant would offer a cup of water for FREE. However, I was told (due to the owner's decision) that they could offer me a bottled water instead, but they no longer give out free waters with an order. I decided to cancel my order and will not be returning out of principle. It's disappointing to see a greedy owner trying to save a measly 25¢ at the expense of customer satisfaction.
