Came to play a lotto grid, no hello when arriving. I play my numbers with an fdj reduction code of 3€ which she cannot make work, she does the manipulation again and gives me a second grid in flash numbers which I did not ask for and an amount to be paid to 7€, to which I reply that I want the reduction on my numbers and that I did not ask for a second grid. Following this she deletes the grid with my numbers and asks me for €3. Missed again, so I tell him that the amount to pay is 2 euros and not 3. Having no more cash I ask to pay by credit card, we always appreciate the derogatory remark all that for that and the very tone pleasant. Here I came out with the wrong numbers, annoyed and almost paying the wrong amount twice. Staying closed when they don 't feel like working would be more pleasant for everyone, especially during the holidays. Good luck to future customers
