I can't recommend ordering through the app, at least not at the Montrose Qdoba. I've received a number of inaccurate app-placed orders over the years, including the last two.Last time my bowl order was missing guacamole...this time I peeked inside to make sure they'd remembered the guac and, satisfied, headed home. Alas, when I dumped my order in a bowl, I discovered that there was no rice...and yes, it's on the receipt.Now that they no longer offer impossible bowls, there's decreasing incentive for me to order. If and when I do order, I would go into the store to make sure all the ingredients are added...and in the end, I suspect that's their preference.FYI I previously called the store after receiving an inaccurate order and could sense that the guy on the other end really didn't care and did not offer any resolution. That being said, the employees I've encountered there are typically friendly and hard-working (shout out to service workers! .

Glad they have this chain in Montrose I visit often. After a long hike in mountains what better food than a qdoba rice bowl.

This place is horrible.They are expensive for what you get. They make a mistake you pay for it. My husband and his brother went in for lunch. He ordered surf and turf the guy asked him what kind of meat? So my husband said surf and turf. The guy still wanted to know what meat? So my husband said chicken. But then never got the shrimp that was supposed to be in it. And then when he asked about it he was charged for the shrimp. So he ended up paying almost forty dollars 40.00 for 2 meals unacceptable. And when he questioned it , they were rude about it and still didn't rectify the situation. So basically they made a mistake, and my husband paid for it. Unacceptable customer service.
