Contribuiți la feedbackThey charged almost $5 for a glass of milk. When asked about this, we were told it?s because it was a ?large? glass of milk. Nobody ordered a large, but also the glass itself was half the size of our water glasses. They also advertise their vegetarianoptions as ?beyond,? including the ?beyond bowl? and the ?beyond burrito.? Neither of these have Beyond meat (the meansubstitute) in them, which is what the term implies. Instead, it is only vegetables. After asking the waitress about this, shesimply said ?The beyond bowl is only vegetables, no meat.? An exclusively vegetable item is not a problem by itself, but whenlabeled ?Beyond,? it misleads people into believing they?re getting something they?re not.
Terrible service. The operation is very unprofessional. We waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged, and I had to look for someone to take our drink order. We waited 40 minutes for our food, which still wasn't ready. When I expressed my frustration, they laughed at me. I definitely won't be coming back, and I'll be sure to inform the ticket agent at the airport that this restaurant is not worth visiting.
I was very disappointed with my experience. I ordered the Cali club, but the turkey was just processed lunch meat and it was burnt. The bacon was undercooked, which made the sandwich greasy. My daughter’s hamburger was dry as well. I also found it ridiculous to be charged $3.25 for a single slice of toast on the side, and there was an extra $2.00 fee for using my credit card. Overall, I’m not a fan!
This restaurant used to be fantastic, but since moving to a much larger location, it has really declined. While the food is still tasty, the service has become a major issue. It’s not uncommon to wait up to 15 minutes just for someone to notice you, and the wait for food takes an absurdly long time. During our last two visits, we were so frustrated that we had to get up and leave because no one came to assist us. It's unfortunate to see a once-great place deteriorate in an effort to expand and increase profits. We're really disappointed.
Terrible service. Unprofessional. We waited 15 minutes to be welcomed. I had to find someone who ordered a drink. We waited for food for 40 minutes. You still haven't done it. When I complained, they laughed at me. No. Me? Let Ticket Agent know at the airport that this is a terrible restaurant.
