Dairy Queen (treat) - Montrose

It seems like every time I've gone to get any fast food since covid, all customer service has disappeared and been replaced by snotty rude workers. So I was happily shocked when I experienced, not good, but great customer service. Only one employee working with a busy drive thru and a few people inside, he was still friendly, courteous, engaged, and working on multiple orders at the same time. If I could remember his name I would be giving him a shout out, but he restored my faith in customer service.

The staff is always so rude like they don't even wanna work here everytime I go in I always have a bad experience with staff mostly, They never give a flying flip bout anyone get a whole new crew an you might be golden Julian was very rude sounded an the girl with long nails that was with him was about the same please stop hiring people that don't care an actually get people that care an appreciate a job an will actually got out of there way to treat their customers amazing no wonder people never come here anymore we are all tired of being treated unfairly

This is the only place i know that will make malts anymore and they are terrific!! Yum yum ?

Good food customer service needs attention got my order wrong

Went to drive through for M&M Blizzard was the service was lighting fast and friendly! Also, the Blizzard was awesome!
