I had lunch with business customers here. The selection of food is good and the service and quality of food is excellent. The atmosphere is relaxed and the decor is modern and functional. Appropriately expensive and worth a visit.

Rambault La Cave is a fine wine and gourmet food shop that also offers a very interesting restaurant experience. Open every day for lunch, on Friday night only the Rambault La Cave serves dinner, and not just ordinary meal, but potency. This is a pretty...unusual cooking technique in which your meal of a hanging grill, literally hanging from a stainless steel holder and available in fish or meat, is professionally flambe at your table. You don't encounter potency very often, but now it's every Friday night in the small town of Saint Pierre Montlimart, between Angers and Cholet. This restaurant offers a welcome relief of typical French fare by specializing in grilling your meal in front of you. Rambault La Cave is open for dinner only on Friday night, and we imagine that our very pleasant recent culinary experience was quite different from what is served here at lunch. We had the fish potency, consisting of very fresh sea mussels, jumbo gambas and salmon, all served with 5 different (and all excellent) sauces. Previously a cold forerunner of smoked salmon, engraving and Brittany smoked seabed was. The excellent desserts were fried pear with eau de vie and pomme de tart with ice. Since Rambault La Cave is primarily a wine shop, upon arrival you simply through the shelves and choose a bottle of its extensive and well selected offers to have with your meal, so a few minutes of chilling time when you choose a white wine. While you are waiting, you can always have a cheap 5 Euro glass of champagne as an aperitif. The selection of wines is diverse and the prices are reasonable. With dinner, the wine becomes a veritable bargain, as you pay the prices for wine shops plus an 8-euro fee, which is added to your bill. Service is attentive, friendly and efficient.
