Casino Barrière de Montreux

$10 enters fee, but you get it back in drinks. the casino is comparable to perryville hollywood casino in havre de grace maryland with not many people who play table games or slots. beautiful restaurants and the back of the casino are the lookout and the way to the lake. do not go for the action for the experience.

A small casino, may seem scary for some. But the staff is nice and hospitable. Please eat somewhere else, the food was terrible. The poker tables are soft, not too many tourists this time, but the table was full of regs that only do well against tourists. Bada bing Bada boom!

We stopped there for lunch and had a nice experience. The setting is nice. The stuff was efficient but a little bit overwhelmed by the large crowd. We had a couple of great large salad that hit the spot. There were delicious and filling while quite pricey, but it is Switzerland after all.....

Have been here before but husband booked surprise valentines supper for me and my brother and sister in law. Food was excellent as was the service and they had made a real effort to create a mood with rose petals etc. Shame about the 'Pub singer" in the corner - very very cheesy. Would go again though for the atmosphere and good food.

Had dinner here on our golden anniversary night.We both decided on fish.the service was supper quick.The staff were very efficient,friendly and pleasant.The wifes sea bass and my perch was delightful and perfectly cooked.The wine recommended by the waiter was perfect.i decided to go to the casino to finish the night off,as both of us had never been before.On entering we were asked for our passports (which we did not have),but we were refused entry .Spoilt the night a bit,but i supposed i saved a few francs.
