Mcdonald's - MONTREAL-NORD

If you are looking for quick and affordable food on the go, I would not recommend visiting this McDonald's. When we placed our order inside, there were no other customers present. However, the machine and employee at the register were unable to print out our order. The employee had an irritating attitude and could not locate our order. Eventually, a more experienced employee was able to print our receipt, after a 15-20 minute wait. Most of the employees appeared idle, and there was spilled strawberry filling on the floor that no one cleaned up. After waiting around 25-30 minutes, our food was almost ready. The fries were cold, the chicken nuggets were burnt and cold, the Big Macs were overloaded with sauce and cold, and the meat in both sandwiches was cold and chopped into pieces. My quarter pounder was also cold and missing sauce. The overall experience was horrible, and we ended up throwing away our $55 order after just one bite. We will not be returning to this location.

Just went there tonight at 12:06 am ....the young lady taking the orders was nice and sufficient....can't say the same about the girl at the second window ..she completely ignored the fact that I was telling her my order was missing something and proceeded asking the second person I was with for the amount do ...when going back she called the manger probably complaining about us ...manger came over same girl taking the orders again nice and understanding ....second girl comes back complete attitude...arms crossed ..I finally ask her what's with the attitude....she proceeds to close the window on us ...anyways that girl is in now way in any way dealing with clients ...terrible.....

The service was so slow, your order was on the screen, 2 minutes later it wasn't there any more, to me it is a good way for statistiques showing the order left in time, but actually people in back of us, were leaving with the order before us, I think they prefer to use Doordash then the actual customer on site. The food qas well presented, it wasn't even hot, the coke stated like a diet coke, no I didn't do a mistake.....I won't recommmend this Macdonald

The food at McDonald's is typical and nothing special, but there was a strange incident that happened during my visit. A customer tried to tip the cashier, who initially refused but then accepted the tip when the manager said it was okay. However, after the customer left, the manager told the cashier to put the tip in the Ronald McDonald House donation box. This policy made me feel sorry for the young cashier, as tips are meant for the service provided. The lack of vegetarian options was disappointing, as I wanted an egg sandwich without having to pay for a meat sandwich and then have the meat removed. It's unfair to charge extra for adding eggs, which are typically cheaper than meat. Overall, the limited options for dietary restrictions and the questionable policies regarding tipping make working in fast food less appealing.
