Very understated business, service was very slow for just one coffee, waited ten minutes in tune with only one customer before me, then I went out to catch my bus. very badly managed. it is not the employees mistakes, but it should be made changes.

T horton's usual variety and quality. the employees seem not satisfied with their job tbh, not that it affects my service or something, but simply remarkable. they were actually patient with an rude client.

We ordered custom croissant with hash-brown and chipotle double grill. first they gave us a simple crucifix. then, when we said, we asked for customer-specific crossaint. they gave all three without haybrown. that happened twice. once morning layer and this time evening layer at about 15 o'clock. that's so irritating.

I ordered my food online, but when I arrived at the store, they did not have my order ready. The staff informed me that they could not refund my money because the manager was not available. I reached out to Tim Hortons support via email, but they also told me they could not help. Be cautious when ordering online.
