Shawarmaz - Montréal

I ordered the mixed poutine and was disappointed. The beef was tough and the fries were limp. The chicken, cheese curds, and gravy were all lacking in flavor.

I have been a loyal customer of Shawarmaz peel and I advise a lot of my friends to try it specially Poutine Majic, but I am deeply disappointed by my recent experiences. The last three visits have been subpar, especially today. The preparation took an unusually long time, and the portion of chicken was minimal. The cheese was still solid, and there was barely enough sauce. It seems that the quality of the food has declined significantly. Shawarma Peel used to be the best, but unfortunately, the food quality has changed drastically. I am unsure if there has been a change in ownership, but the recent experiences do not reflect the high standards I have come to expect from Shawrmaz peel.

I come here time to time when going downtown and I have been yet to be disappointed. Love the food and the workers there.
