Restaurant Per Te - Montréal

We were thrilled to discover this Italian jewel. the owners are very friendly and very welcoming. it is small and cozy. when they arrived, they served a very tasty home made pizza. we had the kalbs very tasty and tender with a very good bottle of Italian wine. unfortynaly, we had no dessert maybe next time. beautiful place for a romantic dinner.

Great restaurant, with the home feeling. Owner/operator par excellence! great eating, great experience, outside the mainstream area.

Wow. we visit Montreal for decades think panorama space on the top of the qe we have a place close to marche jean talon for 12 years just found per te pretty random it is as good as any Italian restaurant...wo family operated small intimate fabulous food best veal a limone gracious service it is out of the way and a well kept secret

My wife and I had a very special evening at this restaurant. We enjoy trying out different restaurants in our city, so I was browsing through my favorite entertainment site, TRIP ADVISOR, when I came across the excellent reviews of this restaurant. We decided to make a reservation for dinner and we were not disappointed. The food was amazing and the hosts, who were also the owners, were incredibly gracious as they served all the tables in this small, intimate, and relaxing restaurant. Thank you for a wonderful evening and meal - we will definitely be back soon. This restaurant is not to be missed. Wow!!!

It has been a couple of years since our last visit to Per Te, and our impromptu reservation on a cold evening in Montreal was a pleasant surprise. The husband and wife owners welcomed us warmly and seated us in one of the two cozy dining areas. My wife has always loved the relaxing color scheme of the restaurant, which still has the same effect today. We both enjoyed the Evening dinner Table D'Hote, starting with a delicious cream of asparagus soup. My wife had the swordfish, which was generous in portion and paired well with a vegetable medley. I chose the veal liver, cooked perfectly rosé, and served with mashed potatoes and sautéed onions. The red wine recommended by the staff was excellent. We ended our meal with a cheese plate for two, a perfect conclusion to a delightful dining experience. The total bill came to $150.00, a great value for a fantastic Friday night dinner.
