Pizza Pizza - Montréal

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. In the past, I ordered without issue, but this time it was infuriating. First, they got my order wrong; then they prepared the wrong pizza for me. After all that, I finally received the correct pizza, but it took 38 minutes to arrive after the mix-up. I was really let down. I hope they can improve their service, as it could seriously affect their business.

I'm really disappointed with one of my favorite pizza places. The staff isn't wearing hair nets, and they're not properly dressed, handling food with their bare hands. It's a bit off-putting for me. I’ll still eat it, but it could definitely use some improvements.

The staff at this restaurant were unable to communicate in either French or English. They expressed a desire to treat us to some pizza.

The dame, which in the front with accumulating and the same timely money and after the touching money does not work her hands washed before she touches brot or does not even wear gloves and the place is crazy dirty as this place past food industry infections. 1. finally pizza here never again

Amazing experience. Amazing food, well service, staff is very supportive. Compare to dominos really awesome food and customer service.
