Pizza Hut - Montréal

Fantastic family-owned establishment at the Pizza Hut on Côte Saint Luc Road. The pizza is excellent, and the service is top-notch! I highly recommend it. Parking: There's a free parking lot beside the restaurant.

My family and I visited the Pizza Hut in Côte Saint-Luc, and we were very disappointed. The tables were dirty, and the restroom was not available. The owner of the restaurant seemed extremely angry, especially when dealing with a customer's persistent calls. When my son asked for more ketchup, the owner reacted harshly and rudely, saying, "I WILL NOT GIVE YOU MORE KETCHUP, THERE’S NO MORE!" It was an awful experience, and I will never return. I do not recommend this unpleasant environment to anyone.

I received raw chicken in my order and when I brought it to their attention, they argued with me. I ended up having to drive to the restaurant to show them, but they still refused to acknowledge the issue. This was a terrible experience and poses a serious health risk.

Nice menu diversity and delightful pizza experience. The crust is perfect balance of crispness and chewiness coupled with the subtle sweet taste. The fries were tasty as well with the soft and tender texture.
