Ottavio Vsl - Montréal

Not as good as it used to be.... I went there in June,2012<br/ ...portion sizes have gotten smaller in comparison to December 2011 ...and Ive been there over 15 times in the last 2 years...so Im sure its changed<br/ ..seafood linguine used to be brimming with shrimp along with larger portions of pasta served on larger plates...but its been downsized with fewer shrimp, pasta and mussels...and smaller plates<br/ ...this was confirmed by other people I went with who have also been there many times in the past<br/ <br/ Appetizers such as pizza bruschetta have gone up in price,,,not alot but still there have been changes<br/ This may explain why it doesnt seem as busy there on a Saturday night in comparison to the past...usually you would have to reserve but now there are many empty tables...<br/ Hope they bring it back to what it was...<br/ <br/ Still the food is very good <br/ Along with great tasting food and bring your own wine makes it much better then many overpriced Italian restaurants...<br/ Service is always friendly and courteous !!!<br/ Thumbs up !!

Great food, great service!. I went with a bunch of friends and we had a great experience. I ordered the linguine with seafood and it was heavenly! My friends ordered the lasagna and the mussels and they also loved their food. The service was very friendly and fast. We loved everything about this restaurant.

Muscles..... I went there with a bunch of coworkers and we took the lunch special with muscles. It was really good. <br/ <br/ Sme of the sauces were really good. I am not much of a muscle fan but I like this restaurant for lunch.

My Review.. Probably one of the BEST pasta dishes I have ever had. Ottavio has other dishes, but I cannot get myself away from the Delicious Pasta. Great Quality and service' Never disappointed so far..

Good Food. I went to Ottavio on Marcel Laurin last Wednesday and enjoyed calamari entree (portion is reasonable) and a lasagna (not bad). I will go back...
