Noren - Montréal

This little place only has a few things on the menu but does them to perfection. The Okonomiyaki is the best I've had.

I love this restaurant! Everytime I go I get the vegetarian takoyaki and they are the best! Could eat this everyday!

Great food. Great service. The place is very small, though. I cannot tell whether it is authentic Japanese, but it was definitely something new to me. The pork spices were amazing. The plates I tried with mushrooms were all really good.

Great value on Rachel near St-Urbain, Noren does not look like a lot from outside but delivers of flavourful punch.The menu is not very extensive and offers mainly octopus balls and okonomyiaki or Japanese omelet.Ordered a flavourful butternut squash miso soup for warmth and appetizer, loved both.The Japanese omelet's taste and presentation were fabulous and the total bill will cost you less than $15 all in. Great value here.

This place is really small and sometimes there is a lineup, especially on weekends. They are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. They have a special dish every week, and they have excellent tako yaki and okonomiyaki. Everything is really good and the Chef is Japanese, so the experience is quite authentic.They don't serve alcohol.We go back week after week...
