So many guess! I regularly buy: vegan yogurt starter, pickle starter, dried mushrooms and our favourites: frozen porcini. I grew up getting this wild mushroom with my big parents. my oma would prepare porcini (hribi in ro) with sour cream sauce and the polnta of my grandfather (mămăligă in ro). I have successfully translated this into vegan form with yogurt. I also took my favorite patters face mask from here.
I went there to buy the tempeh starter to make my own tempeh, and the man at the counter was friendly and took the time to answer my questions. he explained to me the difference between the two varieties of mushrooms and made sure that I do not forget to buy soy beans if I needed it (not for me since I wanted to make the black beans tempered.) I'll come back when my boot bag is empty! also a nice place to buy equipment for fermentations (kimchi etc.).
The restaurant offers a variety of vegan options and serves fresh mushrooms that vary depending on the season. The staff is welcoming and there is also a selection of books available for patrons to enjoy.
This restaurant is really enjoyable! They also offer kits for making your own vegan yogurt and sourdough. The dry soups and risottos are quite tasty. It's a one-of-a-kind experience!
