We politely asked to be moved to a quieter table (there was one available), but our waitress made an excuse saying it would be too complicated to switch tables. Unfortunately, we were stuck with our uncomfortable seating. The #17 item on the menu, the Monsieur Le Marie Drapeau tortellini plate, was lackluster and nothing special. Would I return or recommend this restaurant to a friend? Absolutely not. The service was poor and not worth it.
The ambience at this restaurant is nice and relaxing. The food was decent for me, but my friend thought her fettuccine with shrimp was perfect. The prices are reasonable for tourists. Overall, we enjoyed our lunch that day.
Not up to par. Despite being listed as a favorite by customers on TripAdvisor, I would classify this as a tourist trap. The salad bar is limited and only offers about five lackluster options, including canned chickpeas. The waiter was impolite and the pasta was drenched in melted butter. Overall, it is not worth the cost.
We were just strolling along Rue St Paul and stopped in for lunch. Realy eclectic inside. Cozy. Great wait staff, super friendly and attentive. Food was excellent and portions were just right. I had butternut squash ravioli off the special board. Excellent. Husband and daughter had fettuccine Alfredo with big big shrimp. Great. So. Got spaghetti and meatballs. Sauce was delish. Meatballs a little dry but not bad at all. Overall a great find and would highly recommend.
Delicious food, also a few vegetarian options, that are more interesting than we found in most restaurants in the area. friendly service, we would come here for a good meal anytime again.
