Fried Calamari Burrata with basil Pesto and fresh tomatoes figs filled with goat cheese, packed with smoked prosciutto and baked homaemade gnocchi in fresh tomato sauce with pecorino cheese seafood linguine in white wine sauce pappardelle served in a calf Ragu helibut and shrimp
Definitely my favorite Italian restaurant when visiting Montreal. Great food, great atmosphere, great people. An always changing menu is pleasant with great options for everyone. It's worth going out. Reservations highly recommended.
Food and service were impeccable. It's the best Italian fine restaurant I was in Montreal. Recommend the experience.
Excellent food and very good service. Bring your eyeglasses and hearing aids because the menu is on a chalkboard and you are talking about your server, not a written menu. Good wine list for a number of budgets from $50 per bottle. Imported Italian beer.
Lucca really is a homerun for me. The waitress offered an exceptional service, and the setting is classy, yet casual. The food really is similar to italy’s finest. The burrata come straight from italy and is a delight. We tried the ragu tagliatelle and the seafood linguine, both were well balanced and quite enjoyable. For the seafood linguine, there were lost of big seafood pieces with mussels, shrimps and scallops. Their wine list is interesting , and bottles start at around 50$. Would strongly recommend in little italy ! P.s. other people at other tables ordered the lamb chop. It’s quite pricey at 67$, but it’s huuuge. So if you want to order it, good call to share it.
