Le Mandarin Buffet Chinois Langelier

I went with my daughter and grandchildren for lunch. The food isn't as good as it was and has gotten so expensive for the choices they have. My littles ones wanted ice-cream, out of the 7 barrels 6 were almost empty and all frozen...disgusting!! I asked the waiter that I wanted to speak with the manager he told me he didn't know who it was...really??? I asked another employee and he pointed at two women. I went to tell her about the ice-cream she blamed it on the freezer being too cold...really???? They couldn't care less. If the owner of this establishment is reading this, a word of advice..it's time to renovate, clean-up and teach proper customer service to your employees. Because with all the negative reviews I have read so far things cannot go on this way. It's unfortunate but I will not be eating here anymore.

Went for lunch. Got some fried chicken at 2:20pm. I expected them to refill. I went to get some more at 2:35 pm. There was no chicken left. The cook came by looking. I asked if I could have some more. He said there was no more. The buffet was over. I told him it was over at 3:30 pm. I then went to see the boss! He just looked at me. I then went to my server. He said to speak to the boss. (The man who just looked at me). I went back to my server I mentioned that the buffet was till 3:30 pm. His attitude changed for the worst. He got mean. I got a desert. Still no chicken. Paid my bill NO TIP. Terrible service. Food below par. Washroom sink leaking elbow has a hole. Water leaking on Washroom floor.

The food tasted HORRIBLE!!!! Not much to chose from ! And the food look like it was there since morning. Hard and DRY went there for a celebration and it was terrible ! Food on the ground !!!! Tomato’s AND the place is dirty and they do tip and they even took tip without saying they want to take tip. Never going there again…..

Terrible and they charge me extra and asked for tips without being shy its like mandatory.They asked 10 percent of the bill to be paid as a tips

About 12 people in the restaurant. Carpets dirty. Does not have a liquor license now. They do not know when they will get it back??? They remove the plates with speed. They greeted me with a smile. The food was average. Had better food in the past. Washrooms are dirty and smell of pee !!!! Desert table only had 6 choices.In the past around 12 choices. Got rid of sushi. Sushi tasted like rubber in the past. A bit expensive for what you get???????????? Fu Lam on Pie ix and Jean talon has a better variety and is cleaner and less expensive.
