This restaurant is fantastic with reasonable prices. It's a must-visit, especially for their delicious kothurotis/kothu parothas, a beloved Sri Lankan dish.
Delicious food at a reasonable price, this restaurant serves the best Indian home-cooked meals in Montreal. The Onion Pakoda and Butter Chicken are the standout dishes for us. Suitable for all ages.
Best place for eating south Indian food. Tasty food. Great service. Enough quantity at affordable price. Must visit when u come to montreal.
Amazing flavours and a warm and welcoming service! This is a family run business and everything tastes deliciously homemade. Our waiter was very friendly, polite and helpful. The place is small and modest and kind of cozy. We had the onion bhaji and lentil soup to start. Both were great. The soup was a generous size, spicy and quite flavourful. As a main, we shared the vegetable biryani and the Chettinad lamb curry. I let out a little moan when I put the first bite in my mouth. Both dishes represented a perfect harmony of spices with not one flavour being out of place or overpowering. The rice in the biryani was so tender and the rainbow of vegetables inside was crisp and fresh. The lamb curry was creamy and rich and the sauce was wonderful when dipped with some bread. It made me feel warm and satisfied. We also tried the chai tea and a dessert dosa which was not too sweet but enjoyable. This is a recently opened place and it would be great if the owners keep up the same quality of food and service at an affordable price. I hope other diners have the great experience my friend and I did.
