La Prep - Domtar - Montréal

I ordered the Cali's bowl with a substitution of spring mix instead of the usual base, and I added pineapples for an additional charge.

As the poke/bowl trend continues to gain popularity, I decided to stop by a small poke restaurant on Dundas street during the early evening.

I had the regular size make-your-own bowl with brown rice, spicy salmon, fried onion, jalapenos, masago (fish eggs), corn, spinach leaves, and a bunch of other toppings.

Very busy for breakfast and lunch, but not much so in the afternoon, has a nice Terrace, which is enjoyable, if it is not raining. The place is spotless, and the owners are always there; excellent service and great affordable sandwiches, salads and drinks.

La prep Domtar is in the middle of downtown Montreal...There is a huge and beautiful patio..Service is great , fast and friendly...Great coffee...Delicious breakfast...Very good sandwiches and salads...
