Ichifuku Ramen - Montréal

Audacious 'service '! Ridiculous rip off. Ordered the vegetarian Curry Ramen. The non vegetarian comes with chicken and an egg I asked for tofu instead and just found out after paying that they charged me $2 extra for that Tofu even though (again) I didn 't get the chicken and the egg... to charge me for the Tofu is already outrageous but i swallowed it and didn 't say anything. But not enough... I received the Ramen WITHOUT the $2 Tofu.. and when I finally went to ask them they were like 'oh, we 're out of tofu so we put green pepper '. And when I complained (friendly) that it 's already audacious to charge me for the tofu if I didn 't take the meat and the egg and then to just replace the tofu with 5 slices of green pepper is not acceptable...she ran off and he was like.. oh but the vegetarian doesn 't come with chicken.. and I said.. but it costs the same so what 's the point. He didn 't have an answer. I just turned around and left as I didn 't want to spend more of my nerves on this stupid matter and ignorance. This is Ridiculous and unacceptable. I paid $14.80 for Vegetarian Curry Ramen without Tofu, Chicken or Egg.. While the Chicken and Egg costs 12.80. I 'm still angry about this and can just shake my head about their 'whatever, we don 't care just go and f ' off ' reaction '

Its a good restaurant the waiter welcomed us perfectly. I ordered the Ramen Volcano soup it was good, the noodles weren’t well cooked, the half egg wasn’t really good it could have been more cooked. In a way it was good except few aspects.

Would you like to feel like a typical Japanese restaurant? Visit Ichifuku! Good food, good price and good ambiance.

This is a special place, I love when I find a ramen place that doesn’t rely on one or two broth recipes and just switched up the ingredients. Ichifuku has many distinct broths and the three We tried were are deep and delicious. I recommend the Volcano. Watch the slice level because even a 1 will have you wiping sweat from your brow. If doing take out the noodles may clump on you, but can easily be broken apart once in the broth.

I have been to ichifuku a few times. The food is decent/good, if you order the megaton ramen, there is a HUGE chunk of meat and I love it for the price. (Please don't change the price). The food may be a bit salty for some people. The volcano, don't take lv 3, its spicy and you don't taste much anymore. This place offers good value, side dishes are decent, tried a few. Service is good. It is not the nicest looking place but its good. Doesn't give off a very clean image when you go in.
