Brulerie Urbaine - Montréal

The coffee at this restaurant is excellent. Although it is not inexpensive, it is definitely worth the price. I tried the pancakes and found them to be good, reasonably priced but not so amazing that I would want to return every day.

The crepes are delicious. The service is not always friendly (the last 2 times, before saying hello, they made me change seats for obscure reasons... not cool). However, it is spacious and good... And the smell of coffee... Wow.

I recently visited a specialty coffee shop and tried their pastries and coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee was disappointing - it was an extremely dark roast and lacked any distinct flavor. I couldn't even finish it. The pastries were just okay, they were dry and stale. Despite the disappointing food and drink, the service was great, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Service is very variable depending on the amount of clientele and the competency of the staff. Sometimes good sometimes not so good.

Super overpriced for what it is. We paid 115$ for 3 people food coffee.Food average taste, nothing exceptional. Crepe fillings were too salty. Crepes themselves were too dry.Coffee for a place that has brûlerie in Its name, the coffee is atrocious! Espresso tastes like a watered down filter and filter tastes like something you will get in a motel in some god forgotten USA village.Service inexistant. I guess they make you pay tips upfront for this specific reason. HorribleAtmosphere ok.
