Aqua E Farina Old Montreal

My man and I celebrated our jubilee. we were disappointed by eating. the sauce tasted as if it came from a dose. we ordered various dishes and when we tasted, there was no difference in taste.

Great place! small and cozy, good place between tables. amazing mood, eating is really good. home made pasta, the appetizers are delish! cocktails and simple drinks come to their table like pure art <3 very good wine list. try it!

The whole food was served at room temperature, including my osso bucco, or lukewarm best. Moreover, the cold osso bucco, which cost close to $40, was completely tasteless as if it was cooked in nothing but water. the prefabricated lasagne was the size of something from the menu of a child, with mere amount of meat and non-existent béchamel. we had to go to the uniburger around the corner to form a combo for the small portions of pasta in aqua e farina. only one server served the entire restaurant at the time, so that the service was sometimes understandably slow. can not say that eating or service was terrible, but the restaurant is certainly excellent in the mediocrity.

Best pasta in the city, so cozy and friendly and not at all snobby like other places in the old harbour

The pasta was amazing and so was dessert! Very reasonably priced restaurant. Will definitely be going back.
