Amarone - Montréal

I had a wonderful experience at this family-owned Italian restaurant. The salmon fettuccine was incredibly creamy and indulgent. The pasta with clams in wine sauce was expertly prepared, with large, succulent clams and an abundance of chopped clam meat. The freshness of the clams really stood out. My only suggestion would be to add a bit more wine sauce to the dish.

This restaurant in Montreal is one of the best, with a real family atmosphere that made us feel like we were back in Italy. The food and service were both excellent, and the family that runs the restaurant is incredibly kind. The pasta was especially fantastic.

Amarone is a family-run restaurant with very friendly staff and excellent service. It is a true success story in my book!

Very disappointed, we came with my husband on a Wednesday evening. The waitress set up a table for us, but she didn't put a new table cloth, it was stained and durty. The food was extremely salty. We ordered spinage soup took few spoons and left it untouched. The main course, we had shrimps and pasta, the plate came with 6 small shrimps over cooked and a very small portion of pasta not even in sause. 29$/plate not worth it. The bill came out 100$ totally not worth the money.
