The manager of this restaurant was one of the friendliest individuals I have ever encountered. Despite closing hours, he warmly welcomed us, recommended his favorite dishes, and catered to our vegetarian dietary preferences. To top it off, he even gave us a discount on our meal. The food, which included poutine and pizza, was incredible and had me devouring it on the street. I highly recommend this restaurant.
(Note: I have assumed the restaurant review is about poutine, a Canadian dish made with fries, cheese curds, and gravy.)
After walking around the old-port montreal, my girlfriend and I decided to try it out. My gf ordered the al pizzetta pasta and I the al pizzeta pizza. We tasted eachothers meal and we were amazed with the food. We also ordered the wine of the month and house wine. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Forget those big chains pizza places and we come and enjoy the local cuisine and culture.
An extraordinary experience in service! I took my brother and two year old nephew out for supper however was somewhat apprehensive of how restaurants in Old Montreal would react with a two year old in tow . Not only was the food awesome (and reasonably priced) but the staff was attentive and treated us like absolute royalty especially my nephew. I have had great service dining out with my own kids when they were young but this was way way beyond anything that I had ever experienced before. Gracious. Kind. Wonderful. Extraordinary.
