Moxie's Grillades Et Montreal

Came here one Thursday night after landing in Montreal and looking for something to eat. Moxies was still open and looked nice.The servers were great!!! Even though it was late and they were winding down they still went out of there way to make a drink in which they ran out of ingredience and had to get more. They did it willingly and with a smile on their faces. We ordered a lettuce wrapped burger with Poutine and Miso Ramen. They were both excellent!! I really liked the lettuce wrap around the burger even though it was a small iceberg lettuce head that was used as the bun which seemed odd at first but it ended up working well. The Miso Ramen was really good almost like it was from a Ramen house. But one of the best things and was probably one of the better bowls of Poutine that I had while in Montreal. This place seems to really be on point with their food. I was told their Salmon is even better than what we had...well I guess that will have to wait till next time.

I frequent this restaurant often, as it has a very modern and upscale atmosphere. The food is consistently delicious, and while I have tried a few salads, I tend to stick to my favorite dish - the Chicken Mango. The portion size is generous and the vegetables on the plate vary depending on the season. I appreciate the combination of sweet and salty flavors in this dish. Their desserts are also excellent, and I usually end up ordering one. They even offer a tasting platter if you want to try a bit of everything. The restaurant tends to be mostly frequented by men, possibly due to the specific outfit and appearance of the waitstaff. The attire is more classy than a place like Hooters, but there may have been some inspiration there. I have noticed that the waitresses don't always appear comfortable with their low-cut tops. I typically visit this restaurant to celebrate special occasions, as it feels like a special treat. The lunch menu is also excellent, I recently tried a turkey sandwich with soup from their light lunch menu and it was delicious.

I went there for a birthday party. The place was pretty modern and big. I had fish taco's and they were . The taco's were served with corn chips and salsa. I ordered guacamole as well. Good thing I did because I wouldn't have enough salsa to eat all my chips. They also had a spicy sauce on the side that was way to much for the food and if you like spicy sauce, this wasn't it. They have happy hours special for drinks on Fridays . I would definitely recommend this place to someone.

Dear Moxies, if I ask for a $8.00 tequila shot, you have to charge me the $8.00 tequila Shot!.. Right?! Don't go charging the $9.50 and making me believe it was a mistake when you did the same thing with ALL THE BILLZ...

I always have great service and the people treat me well everytime I go there. It's more than just a restaurant; it's a place where I know I'll be listened too and taken care of. Good customer service and people working there.
