My husband picked up and they told him I didn't pay, accused him $25 and gave him the wrong things to ask. He drove 30 minutes because they don't deliver to us and we're paid over $50 for someone else's food! They reimbursed the $30.79 but still charged us!! Worst customer service ever!
The pizza and boneless chicken were both delicious. However, I had ordered and paid for 2 Balsamic vinaigrette dressings but received 3 Ranch dressings instead. Additionally, the two garlic sauces I had ordered and paid for were missing from the bag.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I hate to speak negatively about anyone or anything, but this location is truly awful. I gave it multiple chances over a span of 3 years, but each visit just got worse. I would rather eat frozen pizza from anywhere else.
I want to inform corporate Domino's about how awful they are and hopefully they will shut down those terrible locations. Management has changed and everything has gone downhill, from the pizza crew to the delivery drivers providing bad service. The store is filled with negativity and they don't seem to care about satisfying their customers. Overall, this place is just terrible.
I never had a good experience here. They are super slow with execution and delivery. I used the app to order pizza once and the app said it was ready. I just wanted to pick it up to find out they gave it to someone else and told me that it would take 45 minutes before my new one was ready. This is just an example for the many times I've waited badly. I tried to contact the owner but had no answer. Just check out all 1 star reviews without reply from the manager or owner.
