Tim Hortons - Montmagny

This was a major disappointment. The restaurant was closed around midday on a long weekend Friday. It was frustrating to see people allowing their kids to pee in the bushes because there were no restrooms available. While it may serve as a decent stop for off-road travelers, I really think they should put up a sign indicating their closure to prevent the 40 cars that got stuck circling their closed parking lot.

No smile, no greeting, no thank you—just crossing the line into rudeness. Another negative customer service experience at Tim Hortons. At least they’re consistent in that regard.

The service was excellent, and the staff were wonderful. However, I found the signage on the entrance and restroom doors to be concerning, as it communicated an exclusionary access policy. Tim Hortons should acknowledge its position as a public resource.

Clean, good. The counter staff was not bilingual, so I made it work using broken French. A staff came to rescue to translate a few words I couldn't comprehend :

I appreciated a lot my great experience here because your personnel and your manager is friendly and very welcoming, my cheese bagel and my iced cappuccino are excellent and the prices of your menu products is very affordable. For stop along the highway, a visit is well recommended.
