Dolce Reale - MONTICHIARI

Dolce Reale confirms in years of being a sublime pastry, absolutely among the best in the territory. I have accepted badly the price introduced of € 1,00 per person to pay, for the service at the table on pre-festive days and holidays. Prices in line with quality. Definitely to improve empathy with customers.

Service to the limit of the acceptable. We ordered a cabaret of 10-15€ and at the cash register we discovered that the price was €30, with a quantity of unsolicited pastries (from the 5 cannons we asked we have given 10) We also asked a couple of caramel macaron and we were given to the taste passion fruit. The quality of the products is great, but for a matter of principle we felt teased. Pasticceria not recommended.

I had breakfast this morning. Great disappointment bad service... slow and unprofessional staff. After having made us sit at the table and took the order we waited a long time to be served in noting that they brought to the table near the breakfast arrived after us the girl told me that it was not our turn and that the briosche ordered in the meantime were finished ..I got up then at the counter x drink the coffee and waited another 5 minutes to have it. In the room there was very few people therefore not justifiable the long wait and not even a comment of excuses x having forgotten us at the table and having forgotten the order taken.

I am celiac and I often go to take their pastries and cakes are really great, I am pleased that we have taken into consideration the gluten-free and lactose-free, it is not from all. Quality right price.

I stopped for breakfast in this pastry shop because I had little time available and their parking was free to never come back. Cold and impersonal premises, more suitable for a hospital than a bar. Very slow service even if the place was practically empty and price almost double of the other pastries. Two customers in the queue left because they were fed up to wait .If you want to have breakfast in a friendly and welcoming environment that does not seem the waiting room of a dentist change destination because here you will surely not find it .
