Jimmy O's - Monticello

The food was good but not one staff was wearing a mask, not even our waitress,not the person who delivered our food. I did not see any staff wearing a mask

Have had many good experiences at Jimmy O 's but last evening was a disaster. A group of us went there to celebrate a birthday. One person 's meal (a salad! Didn 't come out until everyone else was almost done eating. The waitress apologized and said she was told the salad wouldn 't be charged for. Everyone agreed that was fair and reasonable. Then someone from the back came and informed us the salad would NOT be free because the manager said no. Sad to say but Jimmy O 's probably lost the business of 10 people who eat out in Monticello quite a bit (every weekend . Why do businesses put $10.99 over the repeat business of a table full of customers?! I 'll never understand it.

Our new favorite pizza place in Monticello IN. In fact everything we have got has been excellent. Everything is available for carry out, which is pretty much our favorite option.

We have been coming to jimmy O's for a couple years now, food is awesome. Corned beef sandwich is my favorite thing on the menu. Fantastic pizza, my wife loves the southwest salad That being said, the service really needs to get better. It takes forever to get waited on and a lifetime to get a drink. The servers and bartenders are all making drinks and no one on the floor. You have a great thing going. Get it together

I was here three times a week, I spent in Monticello. Had fish and chips last Friday, they were great! Had a burger last Wednesday that was so good that I came back for another one tonight. Friendly local hanging with really good food! I'm not a local, but Vanessa made me feel at home. I'm in town at any time.
