Contribuiți la feedbackAfter I sat down in the dining area a gentleman came in to order, he was standing at the counter and the employee standing there to help was on their phone. I heard him say hello to the man but he couldn’t put his phone down to take the gentleman’s order. You should have excused yourself and gone to the back and had someone else come up to the counter to take your place for a few minutes. Because that’s Bad customer service. When a customer walks in the door you should be ready to greet and take their order. You shouldn’t even be allowed to use your phone up front during work hours. Even if the manager wants you to look up something for them. Otherwise getting on your phone should be for breaks only.I asked the manager for a comment card and she said they don’t have those anymore. Luckily there was a QR code to scan. I used to work for Hardee’s back in the 90’s and we didn’t get away with any type of disrespect to the customer. We either got a write up or fired for that kind of behavior. Management didn’t put up with that back then. Show the customer that you care about them considering they help in paying your salary.
I have to say I’m extremely impressed with this location and their staff! I had to drive 20 miles to get cinnamon raisin biscuits for breakfast this morning and not only did the staff taking incredible care of me. They also gave my dog some bacon which I appreciate it as well! They were kind and awesome and the biscuits Look amazing! Thank you so much to the staff at this Hardy’s location!
Spending almost $20 for a combo just to get the wrong order is unacceptable.
Has been a while since had their food. Had a nice meal, and good service. thank u.
Terrible experience. When ordering drive-thru service recently, the employee took my order and spit out my total without asking me if I wanted anything else (I did, but oh well). When I pulled up to the window I saw the employee leaning against a wall enjoying a bag of Lays BBQ potato chips. She stood there feeding herself by hand and ignoring me, not taking my money or giving me my drink, and leaving me to wonder what was going on. Finally, when my food came up, she tried to pack it without washing her hands. I had to honk my horn repeatedly to get her attention. I told her what I saw and asked her to wash her hands before touching my food. She got on her huffy bike to (I hope) wash her hands. She returned wearing plastic gloves and an attitude. She was so rude. She handed me the bag and shut the window, walking away. Again, I honked my horn for her because I still hadn’t gotten my drink. She muttered at me that she was getting it but she was clearly walking off. Never said I’m sorry or made any attempt to save the customer experience. She even picked up the paper straw with a napkin to hand to me with the drink to be extra rude. Her behavior was inexcusable and I will never go back. Do better, Hardee’s management!
