Bixby's Derby The Kartrite Resort

Best Waterpark close to home. There are so many great rides for kids and adults compacted in a small area. The 2 bedroom rooms with balcony are gorgeous. Perfect for kids' birthday celebration with a few friends.

My family had a wonderful time here. The waterpark was great for all my kids ages...they would have stayed in the lazy river all day.The staff was very helpful: Leslie, Sharonda, Jim Anthony...my keys fell out in the parking lot and they found them and held on to them until I came for them.The hotel was clean and nice and we had a great time.Some points for improvement: I wish we could have had a room with a bigger refrigerator. We're a family of 6!The check in process was a bit annoying. I know we can use the park while we wait but if check in is at a certain time our rooms should be ready...and key cards didn't work so I had to run all the way downstairs and then the line was ridiculously long by then...just kinda frustrating. Thankfully Anthony helped us out with that so it wasn't as bad as it could have been.Anyway, all said n done....we would absolutely return again. We had a great time.Food drinks: It's conveniently located near kosher establishments. They may even deliver...Sorry I can't comment on the actual hotel's food.

I went with my four kids. The water park was great for them and they enjoyed it very much. It was clean and perfect for their ages. It was safe and allowed them independence to run around.For the hotel I stayed in the bunk suite which has a king bed and four bunk beds. The room was a bit dirty and while I booked for six people, they didn't pre-stock the room with enough towels. The soap in the room is the size of a chicklet, so that's not enough to shower with. There's also one chair in the room and a three person couch, so not enough seating to accommodate six people.Overall it was fun and my family had a good time. I would come back while my kids are young enough to enjoy.

Hey everyone, over all I loved it I and my family. The location was far from the city issues which none likes to deal with it (traffic/ parking/ safety… . Huge free access space at the place which allowed us to walk around with the kids, it is very relaxing after a long day at the water park. I loved the fire pit with the marshmallows brochettes it was a warm time shared with other guest. There is more I don’t want to be to long. Please I am asking the managers to invest in the food and improve it especially it is a place for kids and water park they get very hungry. After a long drive everyone does not like to wait with kids it is very unusual for hospitality. Thank you I am going to go back there again next spring break see you. I spent the weekend at the Kartrite and while it was small, still filled with good vibes and great employees.Special thank you to Anthony at the front desk. He was warm and welcoming, my family loved him and all that he could accommodate for my family as it was our first trip there. We are looking forward to coming back!
