There was a Hostess and I'm just going to State it she was African-American and she just screwed up everything for everybody it took us 10 minutes to be seated because of her

Yay!! We got in before happy hour ended, love Applebee's Happy Hour menu.Too bad it was just freezing in the dining room, all of us could not wait to leave. Managers should pay better attention to that, cold outside... Probably not a good idea to turn on the a/c inside.

Who doesn't enjoy a meal on Friday night at an Applebee's? Unless there's a giant softball team having fun and being loud. But they deserve good food too and the food is always excellent. This restaurant never disappoints.

I've tried to be understanding, but my patience has worn thin. Every single time we've ordered delivery, items have been forgotten not just once, but consistently across five separate orders. These aren't trivial misses either; we're talking about paid extras like beverages and sides, which you expect to receive when you've paid for them. Each time I've reached out, I've been met with promises of gift certificates as compensation, yet none have shown up. It's beyond disappointing; it feels like a disregard for customer satisfaction and basic order accuracy. Sadly, I can't recommend their delivery service based on my repeated experiences. When we spend over $100 on food, we should receive what we ordered.

What a delightful experience. It was not too busy when we dined there between 5-5:30pm.. Our server was nice and friendly.. the other servers seemed to be nice and friendly as well , the manager was too.. I enjoyed eating my French Onion soup and garlic/parmesan chicken chunks.. my overall opinion would be to go here and enjoy a warm, wonderful experience with good food to fill the belly..Sidenote- I have been here and a couple of other Applebee's and the Chicken Wonton Tacos are sooo tasty..Parking: Parking is easy to maneuver.. plenty of spots..Kid-friendliness: There's a food section for kiddos like chicken tenders, burger, fries, etc.Wheelchair accessibility: Looks like plenty of space for wheelchair accessible
