Wendy's - Montgomery

I waited here and waited 15 minutes before I could even order and went to mcdonalds. they are in the really slow, but food is usually hot

The drive thru girl (name on the receipt is Shameka) was really rude while taking my order giving me my food. She practically threw my bag in my hand and walked away from the window without saying thank you or anything else. It 's not my fault you have to be there on a Friday night instead of at the club lol. This is typical Montgomery customer service, so it 's not surprising at all.

Horrible Horrible experience. Really don't expect much from fast food anymore. But was on a budget. Rudest employees ever. Food burnt and cold. Now I remember why I haven't eaten at this location in several years.

Even though I had to wait on a fish sandwich to be cooked my nuggets were cold my 10-piece nugget was cold my fries were cold and my child food was cold even though I had to wait on a fish sandwich to be cooked almost 15 minutes sitting in a parking lot with a hungry child so now you think that's it's going to be a good review for you they were not busy a total of 4 cars went through the drive-thru while I was there with one in front of me now let me see doesn't take a lot of intelligence to fix nuggets to know if they're cold not to serve them not to serve cold fries but yet spent $19 and I'm not not one to go and eat out but I did because I had my grandbaby with me and she was hungry so we decided to choose Wendy's what a mistake once again won't happen again Wendy's thank you very much especially the one on 231 right after McDonald's in Marathon thank you
