The Juicy Crab Montgomery

I tried to call the restaurant between 12:00 and 12:15, but they refused to answer. When my husband arrived to place the order, the staff had an unpleasant, standoffish demeanor. We were directed to the take-out area, but no one showed up or acknowledged us for seven minutes, even though the place was nearly empty and hadn’t even hit its busy period yet. In the restaurant business, the person who greets customers should always have a friendly attitude. I ended up leaving during this visit, but I’m willing to give them another shot because the catfish is truly delicious.

Jacob, the manager, is incredibly helpful and provides excellent customer service. I will definitely return when I'm in East Chase next time.

Today's visit was definitely A1 service. Kenosha gave very good service today. The Mgr on duty was great with an awesome attitude.

This is me and my daughter”GO TO” spot…..we love the atmosphere the food is great and the staff is friendly (our favorite is Maurice)
