Tejas Cafe - Montgomery

I brought the friend, originally from Pa, to look at this new place. Both the grill and the meat market are in a brand new petrol station... but don't let everyday life be fooled. He grilled them over the type of bread, meat, cheese, salt mixture for the grill they use for their Philly cheese steak sandwich. We shared a single sandwich and were full and satisfied, even without frits that looked really good. Mr. Pa., advises that he returns for another and will advise his family, also transplanted here in Texas, this jewel of a fund. He finally said a place that will make her home! We liked the accompanying creamy horseradish sauce. The owner or manager also held with a sample of her pizza, which was not too thin and not too thick crusts. It had a zesty, but not excessive tomato sauce. So we want to order some of them now. In addition, the Texas Burger basket with paprika looks very promising. I tried the Steak Burger, Ribeye and the Andouille sausage, everything was spectacular! I can't wait to try the rest of the sausages and cuts. I won't buy meat anywhere else!

The meat is great, the sausages a great surprise, very good spicy-balaced! Love the service, but above all the freshness!
