Contribuiți la feedbackWhen they give up a mobile order and expect it to be ready during the time it says. do not order from here if they want to be on time for work or for appointment. they may be kind, but have no respect for the people, because if they did, they would not move like sluts if they were bound with commands. very lazy, unmotivated energy. I'm shocked. mobile orders should not be too late unless their short employees. I saw easily 6 pages, so I don't understand it. customers put mobile orders to have the security they get exactly what they wanted and be able to be on time. please rent them mature ppl, who understand that most customers are adult who can hang toooo long to get a drink
Can Bever get a drink correct. Never had a problem as I went to this location 7 days a week. Fir last 18 mo the staff just can't get it. Come on Mgmt! Do your job.
This place is actually laughable. I ordered a chai tea latte with oat milk and I double checked three times to make sure that there was no dairy in it as I've had them put dairy in it instead and only realizing it afterwards once my stomach started hurting. I am vegan by the way. After my third time checking I'm like OK I'm sure they will make the drink right. The lady who took my order kept insisting that there was absolutely no dairy and she seem to be annoyed by me continuously asking. I take one sip of a drink as I get down the road and it taste sour, like in milk taste if you haven't had in a while, and my stomach started hurting. So I go back to the Starbucks restaurant explain what happened and now she's saying oh I thought you meant you only want a splash of oat milk. Are you serious? I can't believe, well actually I can, but still that was very upsetting! I do not trust this place and now anytime I come in I go in to make sure they're using oat milk for my drinks. They are not efficient and I do not recommend.
DO NOT go to the Eastern Bypass location. The last three times we went our order was incorrect, wait time was 15 minutes longer than normal and customer service was nonexistent. If you want great customer service (and a correct order) go to the Vaughn Road location in front of Publix and see Tyler!
Took 40 mins to get my coffee many ppl were served via mobile order, drive thru, and walk in. We ordered our coffee 20 mins before arrival. Arrived no coffee, we asked and was told they are making it, waited another 15 mins and no coffee. The person proceeds to ask us to show our order as they’d lost the sticker showing what was ordered. My son goes back to the car to get his phone and show the order waited another 5 10 mins for them to make it. Got in my car tasted my coffee and it tasted like watered down chocolate and no peppermint was added. None. This was a waste of 40 50 mins of my time after ordering early and expecting it to be ready with 20 mins given to prepare. This service was unacceptable someone working in the back appeared to be a manager came out several times not dressed in an uniform or properly managerial attire and did not reach out to or try to assist anyone. I have never ever had this type of experience in Starbucks I can understand busy hours and the flustering of it but to hand me a coffee that wasn’t what I asked for or expected after such a long wait was UNACCEPTABLE.
