Sonic Drive-in - Montgomery

We waited 40 minutes to place our order only to have to wait longer for our food to arrive. After numerous cars left, they finally took our order. When our food arrived, some items were missing and they were out of many things we tried to order. Despite being a fan of Sonic, this was the worst experience I have ever had. Even my daughter who lives nearby always says they are rude. Thankfully, the young lady who served us was not rude. It seems like they need to be evaluated and new employees need to be hired.

This restaurant was awful. When I arrived, there were only two cars in the parking lot. A staff member was outside talking to someone in a car, and two other employees were sitting at tables smoking. I waited for 20 minutes after pressing the button for service, but no one answered. This has happened multiple times and I will not be returning.

What is the point of using the app to order and pay if I still have to wait 30 minutes for my food? I may as well just go to a restaurant and sit down. The management at this location needs to improve. If this was the only location near my job, I would never return.

I put my order online, checked in and put in my stall number, and had to wait more than 30 minutes when I watched people who moved to me to order and go there 50 plus dollar. what is the point of online order if it means that I have to wait longer than I would have just pulled up and ordered. never again.

Day 2 I have waited over 30 minutes for my food. Orders was correct and food good. The waiting to place order at drive thru is horrible ! Y’all need some help over at the sonic off Coliseum Blvd.
