I love sonic, but I still have to go to one of me, just to control clearly from this place.
We ordered and sat there for 40 minutes. I pressed the red button to ask if the order had, n her sad, it would be out soon. this had been there at 40 minutes so that they deleted the order from the monitor and for to deliver because after pressing the button that came within five minutes with cold dips and watered drinks
Terrible experience at sonic. I waited for half an hour in the car stall before a worker informed me that they will only be taking orders from the drive through. Ok, sure no big deal. I attempt to pull into the drive through where I waited another half hour for my turn to place my order. I asked for the chocolate sonic blast made with Oreo and was told that they didn’t make chocolate blasts. I was very confused by this because I was reading exactly what showed on the menu. I repeated myself slowly and clearly reading the menu word for word, only be told again they don’t make chocolate blasts. I let them know that the item I wanted is on the menu. The attitude and response I got back from the worker was appalling. How is it you can make chocolate shakes and master shakes but not a chocolate blast that’s literally on the menu? I will never return to Sonic and I will never recommend sonic to anyone. I’ve attached an image of the item I wanted with this post.
Waited at pickup for 30 minutes just for them to tell me I have to pick up through the drive through. None of the drive in stations are working takes forever to get food awful service
Went to Sonic on our way to the airport. On my second bite I looked and saw that the chicken was raw! We wait in the long drive thru line again because that's all that was opened. The lady told us it just needed to be cooked longer. We declined that offer, she said she would make more and we said no we want our money back. She asked for the receipt that she did NOT give us, we said we didn't have it. She says she can't look it up unless she had the receipt. My daughter told her the price EXACTLY and she said she still needed the receipt. It's crazy that I had to pay for uncooked food and was NOT given my money back!!!!
