Sharks Fish Chicken - Montgomery

I called this place 10x time and nobody answered and when they did I heard them drop the phone on the counter I continued to say hello numerous times and I heard giggling afterwards so I hung up . I find it disrespectful because I was trying to order a 50 piece and they just lost a good customer. Their customer service suck bc when I went in there and tried to order they was rude so I just left and bought chicken somewhere else. They should be shut down and I’m calling customer service. Also I ate there before and it was blood in my chicken but I wanted to give them another chance because I have family coming in town from Cleveland and California so I needed something quick to get. I will be filing a complaint and y’all are going to be shut down this the last straw

I needed me some good ole fried chicken but when I visited they had so many choices I was like a kid in a candy shop. The food was delicious and hot, honey don’t nobody want cold or warm food. It was in point. We had fried chicken, gizzards, fried okra and fried mushrooms. AND my plate was FULL I couldn’t even eat it all. I will definitely come back next time I’m in town.

Would have been 5 stars however they put too much seasoning on the fries without asking me the Philly cheese steak was dry but the white fish was banging!!

Food so hard you can’t even bite it. want be getting no more fish from there.

This location has absolutely NOTHING on the homewood AL location. I got a catfish dinner from the Sharks in Montgomery it didn’t taste good at all. The fish fillets tasted like dirt had dark discolored meat inside of it that tasted horrible. I don’t think the fish are fresh or cleaned properly at this location. I have NEVER had this problem at the one in homewood.
