Prime 101 Steakhouse - Montgomery

I've been wanting to try this restaurant since it opened, and I finally had the chance last night—WOW! That was undoubtedly the best steak I've ever had at a restaurant. I ordered the ribeye, while my friend opted for the black Texas red fish; both dishes were cooked to perfection, and the service was exceptional. I was a bit disappointed that we weren't there on a Friday night at 6:30 PM, but I still highly recommend checking this place out! Oh, and the old fashioned cocktail was also incredibly delicious!

When this place first opened, we jokingly called it "Prime LOL" because it wasn't very good. However, we decided to give it another shot, and I'm glad we did! Now we really enjoy their service. The owner, Tony, is a fantastic guy! I absolutely love the lobster bisque—it's to die for! Be sure to ask for Mickey, as he will definitely enhance your experience!

Steaks prepared exactly as ordered and tasted great. Caesar salad was one of the best I have ever had. The tiramisu dessert was outstanding! (I'd go back just for that. Rachel, our server, was friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. Amaya, the hostess immediately made us feel welcome. I love being able to support and patronize local businesses and this is one that deserves to be recognized.
